Prior to the franchise’s release schedule getting thrown out of whack, the tradition was for WWE video games to be showcased around SummerSlam every year and then released that following fall. Things have changed since the release ofWWE 2K22, which instead released around WrestleMania season.WWE 2K23was showcased around theRoyal Rumblelast year and then released the following March, and so chances are good that there are similar plans in place forWWE 2K24.

Whenever it is announced, fans will likely be treated to a glimpse at the upgraded graphics and new features coming in the new game, though it’s possible one big question will remain unanswered.
Many fans are wonderingifWWE 2K24will feature CM Punkon the roster. It may be too late to add Punk to theWWE 2K24base game, but perhaps he will be included as DLC. Punk is easily one of the biggest and most-talked about wrestlers on WWE’s current roster, though, so it would be a shame if he wasn’t featured in the game.
