Two of the most anticipated storylines coming in Fury Incarnate are the Heritage Armor quests for the Forsaken and the Night Elves. Players have discovered the names of all the quests involved in these major story moments by looking at the criteria for unlocking the corresponding achievements. These quests also seem to appear in an upcoming Traveler’s Log task, likely for the month of September, meaning players will likely be able to make progress towards earning their monthlyTrading Post currency inWorld of Warcraftby completing these questlines.

The Night Elf Heritage questline inWorld of Warcrafthas 12 steps. Judging from the quest names, it seems like Night Elf players will be battling ancient curses and corruption, and will focus on balance. A quest called Wardens’ Wrath indicates players could expect to seeWorld of Warcraft’s iconic armor-clad factionof jailers led by Maiev Shadowsong return, and the final quest, Honor of the Goddess, indicates that Elune will unsurprisingly play a spiritual role.

TheForsaken Heritage Armor story inWorld of Warcraftis slightly longer, with a total of 15 quests. Many of the quest names, such as I Am Forsaken, Our Enemies Abound, and Death to the Living, echo well-known Forsaken NPC click voice lines, and others like Boom Weed are throwbacks to quests from the Tirisfal Glades. It seems like players can expect to visit the Sepulcher in Silverpine Forest as well, and will have to deal with the Scarlet Crusade in a quest that referencesAmong Us.

Since this information was taken from the Public Test Realm, details could change before Patch 10.1.7 goes live. The stories won’t be available on the PTR, so players will have to wait until the update launches to experience them. The Heritage Armor rewards for the questline are still being finalized, but the sets look promising so far. It now only remains to be seen if the quests will live up to the high precedent set by the Orc Heritage Armor questline–and if players will see the return of Sylvanas,World of Warcraft’s most polarizing character, in the Forsaken story.

World of Warcraftis available now for PC.
