Hee-Min decidesto go to the schoolat night to leave So-Young White Day candy and the diary she lost, but ends up trapped inside the school.

His night goes from bad to worse as he finds his school filled with vengeful ghosts and possessed school staff. There are 10 different endings in the White Day Remake, which all depend on how Hee-Min responds to and treats the three girls in the game, So-Young, Sung-Ah, and Ji-Hyeon.The best ending dependson what relationship the player values more, but the White Chrysanthemum ending is considered to be the true ending.
6Be Polite And Helpful To Sung-Ah
The true horror of the game doesn’t start until several minutes into the game. Hee-Min will be able to walk around and explore the first floor of the school freely. Eventually, he comes across two other school students, Sung-Ah, and Ji-Hyeon. He’ll overhear them discussing how to get inside one of the rooms After unintentionally scaring the two girls, the first dialogue option will pop up.
Choose the option: Sorry, I didn’t know you guys were here. Ji-Hyeon will leave and Sung-Ah will introduce herself, have Hee-Min introduce himself. When she questions why he is at the school so late, chose the option: Uh… I left something here. Sung-Ah will immediately ask for his assistance, have Hee-Min help her. She’ll lead him to the girl’s bathroom on the first floor, ask her what kind of help she needs. She’ll tell Hee-Min that she needs him to climb up into the vents to retrieve a set of keys in the workshop that will open the Home-Ec room.
Agree to do it and once inside the vent there will bea small puzzle to solveas Hee-Min has to shut off a few vents to get to the auto-shop. While crawling through the vent, Hee-Min will see the school janitor ruthlessly attack a student and drag his body off. Continue to the workshop to retrieve the Home-Ec keys and the Metal Token. Return to Sung-Ah in the girl’s bathroom and warn her about the janitor.
5Be Polite To Ji-Hyeon And Prioritize Giving So-Young Her Diary
After leaving Sung-Ah, Hee-Min will encounter the janitor who will chase him. Ji-Hyeon will save him and pull him into an empty room. She’ll warn him about the janitor punishing anyone that gets found inside the school at night. Choose the option: Punished? Is that whatYOU call punishment? She’ll then ask if he remembers her from their homeroom, answer yes, and mention her being with So-Young. When asked why he’s at the school, don’t tell her about giving So-Young something.

When she questions him about being alone and whether he has friends, have him answer that he has her as a friend. After Ji-Hyeon leaves, leave the room and be careful not to be found by the janitor. Hee-Min will eventually find the stairway that leads up to the second floor and will unlock it using the Metal Token. He’ll eventually run into So-Young leaving her homeroom.
When she asks why he’s at the school have him tell her that he wanted to return her diary. When she asks if that’s the only reason he’s at the school, have him mention that he saw Ji-Hyeon.The Tree Ghostwill capture So-Young soon after, and she must be saved within the 8-minute time limit.
4Find So-Young
Hee-Min will eventually rub into Sung-Ah again and when she questions why he’s still in the school, tell her that So-Young was kidnaped. She won’t believe him and she’ll complain about So-Young’s popularity with boys, asking if his reason for coming to school was because of So-Young. Tell her its none of her business. Sung-Ah will then speak poorly of So-Young andaccuse her of being manipulative. Choose the answer: Really? Is So-Young really like that?
A strange and creepy sound will scare Sung-Ah and make her run off. Don’t follow her and follow the sound. Opening the door to one of the rooms will make Hee-Min encounter a ghost with long black hair covering her face. Soon after, So-Young will turn up and the ghost will disappear. When she asks Hee-Min what happened earlier with the tree monster, asks if she’s alright.
So-Young will claim not to remember anything that happened. She’ll go on to speak cryptically about the night being different from others and that there were several secrets in the school. When she asks if he knew what was going on, choose the answer that talks about the Metal Token. She’ll leave again and tell Hee-Min how to leave the school.
3Be Concerned About So-Young And Believe Her
After finding the Student Department Key, So-Young will appear again and be surprised that Hee-Min is still around. Have him tell her he didn’t leave because he worried about her. Hee-Min will have to follow her up to the second floor where She’ll tell him about a ghost that hangs out on the stairway. When asked if he believes in things like that, answer with: Yeah I do now.

Continue to follow her to the Faculty Office. While in the Faculty Office, So-Young will say that she believes the teachers are the ghosts and that they plan to use students as sacrifices. Have Hee-Min answer her with: Do you have any proof? Afterward, Ji-Hyeon will appear, the two girls will talk to each other, and So-Young will tell Hee-Min to leave and go to the New Building.
2Ignore Sung-Ah And Follow So-Young
After retrieving the Earth Token, Hee-Min will encounter So-Young and Sung-Ah, there will be the option to focus on either girl, follow So-Young. Hee-Min will see that So-Young at the New Building, waiting for Ji-Hyeon. When she wonders if something happened to her, answer with: Are you worried about Ji-Hyeon? When she turns her suspicions to Hee-Min, answer that he just wanted to help her.

She’ll still be suspicious of Hee-Min but will accept his company. Have him tell her that he’s glad to be useful. The two will eventually reach a break room, gohave Hee-Min buy her a can of coffee and give it to her. Talking to So-Young will trigger the option to either give back her diary or do nothing, give back the diary. She’ll warm up to Hee-Min and introduce herself, have him do the same and tell her it’s nice to meet her.
1Ask Questions About So-Young’s Sister
There will be a moment where Hee-Min protects So-Young from falling glass, afterwards ask if she’s alright. Eventually, the two will split up and while checking out the library, Hee-Min will find Ji-Hyeon passed out on the floor. When she wakes up tell her to calm down. It won’t work, and she’ll get more upset and inadvertently reveal that So-Young is looking for her dead sister while Sung-Ah is following after So-Young.
The encounter with Ji-Hyeon will lead to the retrieval of the Yin-Yang Token which is needed to fight the ghost in the Music Appreciation room. Once she’s defeated, take the belt from the tape player in the room and take it to the room with the other tape player. Playing it will trigger the appearance of an adult man, ask who he is. During his conversation with Hee-Min, he will give him the Blue Key card and advise him to leave. Afterwards, Hee-Min will find So-Young, and she’ll talk about why she’s there and what happened to her sister. Choose the option :Why did she kill herself?
Afterfacing off against the woman with the knife, Sung-Ah will reappear and seem horrified at seeing the woman’s body. Answer her with: She tried to kill me… Head to the auditorium and put out the fire. The last thing to do toensure the White Chrysanthemum endingis to pick So-Young up and escape the labyrinth with her.
