The easiest way to get a Hitman inWatch Dogs Legionis to make Nine Elms, which is located at the southwest corner of the map, go from oppressed to defiant. This is done by completing the red tasks in the area, and there three of them in total. Once these three tasks are complete, fans will find that a green checkmark has appeared next to Nine Elms, indicating that it has become defiant.

They will also receive a mission called “Black Hole of Battersea,” which centers around freeing the captives that are held below the Battersea Power Plant.
