According to Deadline, a representative from the film spoke out about the incidents, adding, “The production ofExpendables 4is taking every precaution to ensure the safety of all crew.” News of these injuries arrives after the tragicevents on the set ofRust, the Western feature that was filming in New Mexico, that involved actor Alec Baldwin discharging a prop gun that ended up killing the film’s cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring its director. While the incident was a freak accident, as Baldwin was unaware of the type of ammunition in the prop gun, producers on every film set are under greater pressure to ensure strict safety measures.

These aren’t the only injuries that have occurred onanExpendablesset, though.
