Twitch streamer Forsen has a unique relationship with his audience. His Twitch chat and the community built around it do increasingly outrageous things to try and illicit a reaction from Forsen, and Forsen plays along, downplaying his viewers' ridiculousness. Sometimes this relationship can lead to frustrating situations, though, which is the case with Forsen’s recent experience playingPUBG: Battlegrounds. On Friday, Forsen was banned for the second time fromPUBG: Battlegrounds, all but certainly for reasons outside his control.

A clip of Forsen’s latestPUBG: Battlegroundsstream showed the Twitch streamer getting banned once more. Forsen was loading intoPUBG, waiting for the server to connect, when a message popped up informing him of his ban. “You have been banned fromPUBGuntil 2025-06-15 due to abusing,” read the message. No further information regarding the nature ofForsen’s banwas provided.

While it’s always possible that Forsen did something that brokePUBG’s Terms of Service, whether on-stream or off, it’s much more likely that something else happened. This isn’t the first time Forsen has had to deal with bans, after all. What likely happened is that Forsen’s community, or perhaps a rival community, reported Forsen inPUBGenough for the game’s auto-moderation tools to trigger and ban him without review. In other words, Forsen was banned for the laughs.

What makes the situation particularly funny is that, as previously noted, this is the second time Forsen was banned in less than a week. He was banned on April 8 but was able to get his account reinstated due to the nature of the ban. It seemsPUBG Corp.did not make any changes to ensure the ban wouldn’t happen again, however, leading to Forsen being banned once more. It’s unclear ifPUBGis able to make such changes, but if the developer wants the attention that Forsen brings toPUBG, then the issue might be worth revisiting.

To Forsen’s credit, getting banned byPUBGdidn’t cause him to miss a step. He said, “That’s that,” and immediately opened Steam to search for a new game to play. His chat, after laughing to see the ban, was quick to shift gears and begin recommending other games forForsento play.

Forsen’s situation isn’t unique, of course.Popular Twitch streamersand content creators face false reports in every game they play. Many games have systems that ensure waves of false reports don’t lead to automatic bans, but Forsen’s popularity makes him a unique case. As for whether Forsen will be playingPUBGagain, it probably depends on how quickly his ban is overturned.

PUBG: Battlegroundsis available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, Xbox One, and mobile devices.
