Players who have never had Krobus at their home may be pleased to know that it’s not necessary to have theStardew Valley1.6 updateto do so. However, players can’t have Krobus and a spouse live with them at the same time, and removing Krobus from the house works very similarly to divorcing a spouse, impacting the relationship.
