The most fool-proof way of picking up some Frozen Tears is just bysticking to the Mines and foraging for them.They’ll look similar to Frozen Geodes, but will be smaller and a lighter blue shade. They are sometimes in wooden containers in the Mines as well. verify tovisit Floors 40 to 79to find them, as they won’t be found anywhere else. These floors are also where you’ll spot someDust Sprite enemies,which occasionally drop the gem.

If you stumble on someFrozen and Omni Geodesin the Mines, there’s a small chance you’ll receive a Frozen Tear when you break it open. The same thing goes forPanning and Fishing Chests.If you have aFish Pond with Ice Pipsinside, they will occasionally provide you with Frozen Tears whenever there are9 Ice Pipsin the pond.

For aninfinite supply of Frozen Tears, place one in a Crystalarium (unlocked at Mining Level 9). They take just under 19 hours to reproduce, and one gem will continue producing forever until removed from the machine.
