Based on datamined information, the old Year 1 Iron Banner sets will be coming back as focused decoding options for Lord Saladin, making them available to all players who earn enough Engrams by playing Iron Banner, regardless of RNG.
Destiny 2’s Phenotype Plasticity Armor Shouldn’t be Another Flashback Event
However, the Phenotype Plasticity armor set from Season of the Undying is arguably even more sought-after based on its very little availability, since it was exclusively obtainable via the season pass.
