Apart from sharing the same setting as the mainline series,Persona 5: The Phantom Xfeatures unique features, such as new mini-games, an original storyline, and a gacha pull system.
However, unlike otherbelovedPersona 5spin-offs,Persona 5: The Phantom Xis currently exclusive to select regions in Asia and can only be played on PC and mobile devices. Fortunately, global fans and console users alike might not have to wait long before they can try the mobile game for themselves. As cited in areport by Persona Central, producers Lao V and Yosuke Uda together with character designer Shigenori Soejima attended an offline event where they confirmed a console port is in the pipeline.
