For example, many fans think thatFuecoco’s final form will be based on a Cucafera inPokemon Scarlet and Violet. Others are pretty sure that Quaxly’s forms are based on Don Quixote, and it’s pretty clear what fans want out of Sprigatito, too. In fact, Redditor GrekisaWrek’s fan-made design for Sprigatito’s final evolution checks off one of the biggest boxes for Sprigatito.

Fans have been very vocal in hoping thatPokemon Scarlet and Violetdoesn’t make Sprigatito bipedal. Several popular and cute Pokemon have evolved into less interesting quadrupedal Pokemon, with Litten’s evolution into Incineroar perhaps being the number one example. There’s even the quadrupedal Fennekin that evolves into the bipedal Delphox as another example, and there are quite a few more.

GrekisaWrek’s final form design manages to check that box forPokemon Scarlet and Violetfans. This final evolution, called Reinaflor, remains a quadruped. This design also manages to make this form seem more earthly and queen-like, while not necessarily moving away from the cute aspects of Sprigatito. The vines and overall color scheme make sure that Sprigatito’s grass and flower roots are retained, while the gold and pink help realize its second-typing, Grass/Fairy.

Notably, beyond design elements, the typing is perhaps one of the most important factors in a starter.Fuecoco’s type, for example, has been heavily debated. Some want it to be a Fire/Dragon-type, which is incredibly unlikely, while many think its design will become more like a ghost pepper and thus Fire/Ghost. That would certainly be interesting, but if its design is more akin to a Cucafera, a Fire/Steel-type would be as interesting to see.

As far as Sprigatito is concerned though, it seems the number one fan request has been consistent across several forms of fan art and speculation. Many are hoping that Sprigatito is a Grass/Fairy-type, and it makes sense across several ways Sprigatito’s evolutions could play out. Ultimately, of course,Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s Sprigatito evolutionswon’t likely be too close to this and type is to be determined, but such fan art is really good at seeing what a community wants.
