During the 2023Pokemon GO’Let’s GO' event, trainers will see a newCollection Challengeappear in-game if they press the binocular icon in the lower-right corner of the home screen. Tab over to the ‘Today’ section and scroll down to check out the challenge. Until the end of the event, March 29, players can try and catch four specific Pokemon to earn 5000 XP and a guaranteed encounter withMeltan. To complete theLet’s GO Collection Challenge inPokemon GO, trainers must catch at least oneDitto,Pansage,Pansear, andPanpour.

Luckily, during the event,Ditto will appear more frequentlyin the wild, but it will be disguised as several Pokemon. And also, there’s a chance for Ditto to be shiny. The three monkey Pokemon from the Unova region will also appear more frequently in the wild, as well as the following Pokemon:
It’s worth noting that everyPokemon on this list has the chance to be shiny, except for Goomy.
How to Catch Ditto
Pokemon GOtrainers will not be able to confirm if a wild Pokemon is indeed a Ditto until it’s caught. The Pokemon will transform back into a Ditto at the catch result screen. To catch the other Pokemon in the collection, simply play the game until they appear on the map. Make sure to useIncense or Lure Modules to get more wild Pokemon to spawn.
