The most obvious thing settingFigure Fightersapart from other wrestling games is its visuals, with all wrestlers being represented by 3D-animated action figure versions of themselves, not unlike the John Cena andCody Rhodes action figure models inWWE 2K24. The title is considered a casual mobile game, as wrestling matches will play out automatically after the player sets them up, but players can tap the screen to utilize special moves as they become available on a cooldown timer, in addition to using their finisher once their opponent’s health reaches zero.

At launch,AEW Figure Fighterssupports a roster comprising 32 different wrestlers. These include popular figures like Chris Jericho, Swerve Strickland, Darby Allin, Bryan Danielson, Dr. Britt Baker, Jon Moxley, Toni Storm, andOrange Cassidy. Players can unlock new wrestlers in a number of ways through in-game play, although in-app purchases are also available.
