Summary
In theNarutoseries, fans have seen quite a lot of gifted characters being born over the years. These characters were born with innate talent for mastering arts such as ninjutsu, and genjutsu, among other things. In fact, there are entire bloodlines in theNarutoworld which are blessed with immense gifts.
While there are plenty of powerful gifted ninjas in Naruto, only a handful can stand out as the very best of the lot.

7Neji Hyuga
Neji was born into the Hyuga family, and because of that, he was blessed with the Kekkei Genkai of this clan. Neji had the power of the Byakugan, and his talent was such that he mastered nearly every ability at a very young age. Even the abilities that only the main family was privy to, Neji had mastered already.
By the time of the second part of the series, Neji had already become a Jonin, which went on to show that his growth as a ninja, as well as his maturity and skill, was at an incredibly high level.

6Orochimaru
Orochimaru was always known to be a genius in the Naruto World. From a very young age, he was fascinated by ninjutsu, and he made it his goal to learn as many ninjutsu as possible. Orochimaru also wanted to experiment with immortality, among other things. It is safe to say that he succeeded in most of his goals, and remains to be a character with one of the highest knowledge about ninja arts in general.
His skill was such that he could easily have become the Hokage had he possessed the will of fire. Clearly, Orochimaru was one of the most gifted ninjas in Naruto, and his mastery over all five elements, along with several forbidden ninjutsu goes on to show that.

5Itachi Uchiha
In terms of skill, few can come close to Itachi Uchiha. This young Uchiha was born with immense talent and skill at a very young age that far surpassed that of even the Legendary Sannin. Itachi was blessed with immense talent. It must be noted that nearly all the Uchiha in the Naruto world are blessed with immense gifts.
However, even among the Uchiha, Itachi stood out as a special child. Orochimaruheld great admiration for Itachibecause of his incredible skills. Even though he died young without ever reaching his true prime, Itachi was a masterful ninja who could easily wipe the floor with the Kage.

4Kakashi Hatake
Kakashi Hatake was one of the youngest Chunin, and potentially even Jonin, that the fans have seen in the Naruto world. Despite not having a special bloodline,Kakashi was extremely gifted.
He was likely trained in ninja arts by his father, and his natural affinity for ninja arts saw to it that he mastered things quickly. Kakashi had already become a Jonin by the age of 13, which is absolutely absurd. While growing up, he also received a Sharingan, which was another gift. In the Ninja War, Kakashi received another gift from Obito, and this time, it was the Six Paths chakra, along with both of his Sharingan, which eventually helped him defeat Kaguya.

3Minato Namikaze
Minato Namikaze, the man whowas famed as the Fourth Hokage, was also a very gifted ninja. Minato did not possess any special bloodline either. Yet, he possessed immense knowledge of ninjutsu, as well as a body that was ready to learn any and all skills.
Minato was an innovator and developed several fascinating Jutsu. His talents were such that Jiraiya considered him to be a generational ninja the likes of which would never be seen again.

2Madara Uchiha
Of course,Madara Uchiha was immensely giftedright from the get-go. He was the reincarnation of Indra, meaning that he had immense talent that was linked directly to the Sage of Six Paths. On top of that, he was born into the Uchiha family, which meant that he was blessed with the gift of the Sharingan.
Madara excelled greatly thanks to his hard work, and eventually, he even acquired the Rinnegan. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Madara was gifted, however, at the same time, he did also work tremendously hard to reach a very high level, much like the vast majority of the Shinobi in this list.
1Sasuke Uchiha
Just like Madara, Sasuke was also the reincarnation of Indra Otsutsuki. This meant that he had innate talent and could learn just about anything. On top of that, Sasuke was also an Uchiha, which meant that he was gifted with the Sharingan right from the get-go. Sasuke continued to train his skills incredibly well. Orochimaru drilled his knowledge into him as well, which further elevated him as a ninja.
Over the years, Sasuke only continued to grow, thanks to his training and his thirst for power, and eventually, he awakened the Rinnegan as well. He was gifted half ofthe power of the Sage of Six Paths, which made him a fascinating ninja worthy of rivaling even the Ten-Tails Jinjuriki and the likes of Kaguya.
