Unlocking Wellhouses in Minecraft Legends
Luckily for players wanting to make use of Wellhouses to speed up their traveland set up outposts on the edge of enemy territory, it’s pretty much impossible to avoid unlocking the ability to build Wellhouses when playing this game. Players will be prompted during the opening of the game to construct an improvement named “Gather Iron.” Along with unlocking the ability to gather Iron and construct spawners for Grindstone and Mossy Golems, this Improvement also unlocks the construction of Wellhouses.
Building Wellhouses
In order for a player to construct a Wellhouse, they’ll need the following resources: 250 Wood, 250 Stone, 75 Iron, and 50 Prismarine. Wellhouses can be built pretty much anywhere that isn’t Netherack, though building them excessively is not recommended due to the resource cost and their status as a target for Piglin attacks.
A few well-positioned and well-protected Wellhouses tend to be more effectivefor the player when navigating the world, and they can be deconstructed to refund their costs if they are no longer needed in a given area. Temporary Wellhouses on the edge of Piglin territory, preferably defended with towers and walls, can be a huge boon to players attempting to strike out at Piglin Camps and fight off their encroaching presence in the Overworld.
Another useful place to put Wellhouses is near the Homesteads of mobs, such as Creepers, Skeletons, and Zombies, to allow players to quickly warp to them and recruit additional units of that type at no cost when needed.
