Last weekMicrosofthosted a massive sale on backward-compatible Xbox 360 games. While that sale is unfortunately over, there are plenty of new deals for Xbox gamers to benefit from, with over 200 Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S games available at reduced prices.

Microsoft’s current sales focus overwhelmingly on newer titles, with only six backward-compatible Xbox 360 games on the list. However, players can still get some fantastic deals on this odd mix of titles, with savings of 75% or more on some items.

The six games includeLEGO Batman,LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes,Lost Odyssey,Mass Effect,ScreamRide, andThe Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition. Most of these games are 75% off, with LEGO Batman 2 and The Witcher 2 reduced by 55% and 75%, respectively. Furthermore,LEGO Batmangames are part of the Warner Bros Interactive publisher’s sale, with the rest included inJuly’s Games With Gold. Players will need an Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate subscription to benefit from all of those deals.

Of the three RPGs,Mass EffectandThe Witcher 2are probably the two that need the least introduction. The original installment in theMass Effecttrilogy saw players step into the armored space boots of Commander Shepard as they track down rogue agent Saren Arterius and uncover an ancient menace from the distant past. Meanwhile,The Witcher 2follows monster hunter Geralt of Riviaafter a political assassination unwillingly thrust him into a story of murder and intrigue. Along the way, he’ll interact with various complex characters and battle monsters from Polish folklore and Slavic mythology.

Meanwhile, 2007’sLost Odysseyis more ofan RPG cult classic. Set in a unique world during a “magical industrial revolution,” the game stars an amnesiac immortal warrior named Kaim. While the turn-based gameplay is typical of 2000s JRPGs, its engaging plot and distinctive setting helped setLost Odysseyapart from other games in the genre.

Looking at the other titles, many remember 2008’sLEGO Batmanasone of the bestBatmangames. It sees Batman and Robin fighting crime across the LEGO version of Gotham City and features fifteen iconicBatmanvillains. These include characters like The Joker, Poison Ivy, The Penguin, and the Riddler. Players can also take the role of these villains in an alternate villain storyline. Its 2012 sequel introduced an open world and expanded the roster to include characters from across the DC universe.

Finally,ScreamRideis something of the odd one out, being a construction simulation puzzle game from 2015. Set in 2400, the fictional Screamworks corporation tasks player with developing state-of-the-art thrill rides. It featured three modes: Engineer, ScreamRider, and Demolition Expert, each with different objectives. While reviews ofScreamRideare somewhat mixed, it nevertheless offers an unusual take on the genre.
