Your main objective is to meet the quota, which is the minimum amount of money you must collect on three separate trips. The quota amount can be found on one of the screens above the brake lever. In the first round of a new save, the quota will be 130. It will increase each time the quota is met.
Whetheryour employee rank in the gameis intern or boss, this guide is crafted to provide you with practical strategies, insights, and techniques to sell scrap, meet quota, and propel your success inLethal Company.

How To Collect Scrap & Meet Quota
It is advised that beginners start on moons with mild weather conditions. Avoid traveling to moons that are rainy, stormy, flooded, eclipsed, or foggy to increase the odds of your team’s survival. Search for items in the building by pressing theright mouse button. You will want to press this button frequently in the building to find scrap and scan its value. Grab items by finding the right camera angle and pressing theE keyon your keyboard.
Without mods, there are only four slots to carry items and some scrap requires two hands. For this reason, many drop off items they find early on at the exits to make trips back to the ship. Some items, like stop and yield signs, may be useful to keep on your person for whacking enemies like spiders, hoarding bugs, snare fleas, and masked enemies. you may use these items by pressing theleft mouse button.

After survivingall the scary monstersand escaping the building, you must bring as much scrap into the ship as possible. Bringthe highest-value itemsto the ship first. you’re able to drop items on the ship by pressing theG keyon your keyboard. If possible, bring dead bodies back to the ship to minimize credit fines. The body will take two hands to carry. Keep an eye on the time. If it’s still early in the day, it might be a good idea to go back inside to find more loot; however, more enemies come out at night.
How To Sell Scrap
By the third day, your team must travel to Gordion to sell scrap. A voice over the intercom will alert everyone that it is time to return to the company, but you can also tell the deadline by looking at the screen next to the quota amount. It will read “0 days” when it’s time to reroute. You can travel to Gordionby using the terminal, typing “company,” and then “confirm.”
Pick up items from the ship and sell them by placing them on the counter. After placing all items, press the bell on the right-hand side until the door opens. Stand clear tosurvive the tentacle monster called Jeb. It will collect your loot and display the amount of money you’ve made. In a pinch, you can kill your teammates and sell their bodies for five dollars each. Otherwise, useful items like walkie-talkies and flashlights can be sold, but you will not earn money for them.

If you don’t reach the quota, you and your team will face the consequences. The intercom will alert you that the termination process has begun. An alarm will sound, and the lights will flash red. The doors will open up and the vacuum of space will force you and everyone on the ship out. You are fired and must start from the beginning with nothing.

There are several strategies you can use to maximize profits inLethal Company. Many choose to sell just enough scrap to meet the quota on the deadline day. Sell small items and low-value scrap first and try to keep bigger items like engines, axles, and bottles if possible for a day with bad luck. When there’s a good amount of loot on the ship at any given point, it’s best for someone should stay on the ship to protect the scrap and start the ship if the rest of the crew dies.
Buyinghelpful ship upgrades and itemslike transporters, weapons, and ladders can also increase the odds of meeting the quota. Use the transporter to bring back friends who are in a pinch, but be forewarned that they will lose all the items on their person. Many find the transporter useful because you’re able to bring bodies back to avoid fines for casualties. Weapons can waste enemies and ensure the survival of the crew, which is especially important if they’re carrying a lot of items.
Going tohigher-difficulty moonslike Titan, Rend, and Dine costs a lot of credits, but risk-takers are rewarded with opportunities for higher-value scrap than moons like Experimentation and Assurance. There will be more monsters, some that are impossible to kill, so it’s not recommended for beginners. Once you’re there, it’s best to stay on the expensive moons - despite weather conditions and hazard levels - to get the most of what you’ve paid for. Stay equipped with weapons and knowledge ofhow to deal with all monsters inLethal Company.
