Honkai: Star Railhas a rich roster of characters. Each of them has unique abilities and memorable designs that entice many players to pull for them once they become available in the standard and premium Warp banners. Despite still being a relatively new game, there have already beenleaks for several upcomingStar Railcharacters. Most of the leaked characters still don’t have release dates or even photos of what they would look like.
This is why manyHonkai: Star Railplayers had been taking the rumors with a grain of salt until HoYoverse makes an official announcement, especially since the characters could change at the last minute. So far, there have been leaked units that already have rumored release dates, such asIce-element Jingliureportedly coming out in Version 1.4. Meanwhile, others are still unused and don’t have expected releases yet, or were scrapped completely. Here’s everyStar Railcharacter that has been leaked so far.

Argenti
Argenti is described as a “classic knight” from the Order of Pure Beauty. Their gender is still a mystery to some players because their leaked Light Cone showed a long-haired knight, and their initial name was also Argentina. Meanwhile, Argenti was said to be a five-star Physical character following the Path of Erudition, so they might have DPS or crowd control-type abilities.
Aventurine
AnotherImaginary-element character that was leaked was Aventurine, who’s said to be a five-star unit following the Path of Preservation. The unofficial artwork that was being shared online showed a young man wearing a suit with a long coat, a hat, and red-tinted glasses. Not much is known about Aventurine as of now, except for the fact that he will be a support unit that grants shields to allies and initiates follow-up attacks.
Black Swan
Unofficially named Black Swan, the veiled woman is the Memokeeper of the Garden of Recollection, a faction that worships the Aeon Fuli. She first made an appearance in theHonkai: Star Railvideo titled “Myriad Celestia Trailer: Fables About the Stars”, where she’s narrating the stories of the Aeons that exist in the game’s universe.
According to the leaks,Black Swan will be a five-star Wind unitfollowing the Path of Nihility. She’s said to have skills that could reduce opponents' defense for three consecutive turns, making her a great character to use against stronger enemies if ever.
Dracula
Dracula is a peculiar case. Shortly after leaks about her came out, the leakers deleted every post about her because she might bea scrapped character. Although there aren’t any further reports about her coming toHonkai: Star Rail, some were holding out hope that HoYoverse would complete her character, especially since she wasn’t playable inHonkai Impact 3rd.
Dr. Ratio
There had been conflicting reports about Dr. Ratio’s abilities. Some leaks stated that he’ll be a five-star Imaginary character following thePath of The Hunt. Others said that he’ll be a four-star unit following the Path of Erudition. There were also claims that his abilities were similar to that of Nihility characters. The information is still unclear at this point, but the leaked character model showed Dr. Ratio having purple-blue hair and an owl mask on his shoulder.
Guinaifen
Guinaifen’s leaked splash art shows a Fire-element woman holding a gong, and lion creatures dancing around her. Information about her background is still limited, but she’s said to be a four-star Fire character following the Path of Nihility. This would mean that she burns enemies with her attacks and deals damage over time (DOT).
Hanabi
Based on leaked images, Hanabi looked like she was wearing a red kimono-inspired dress and had a fox mask on top of her head. Not much is known about her background yet, but she’s said to be a five-starQuantum characterfollowing the Path of Harmony. Hanabi’s rumored kit claimed that she can increase allies' max HP and regenerate skill points.
Hanya
Hanya is said to be one of the judges of the Ten-Lords Commission on the Xianzhou Luofu. She’s a rumored four-star Physical character following the Path of Harmony, so she’ll most likely be a single-target support character. Although she hasn’t made an appearance in the mainline story yet, she can be seen in theReturn to Darkness Light Cone, where she’s holding the body of her dying sister, who’s believed to be Xueyi.

HuoHuo
HuoHuo’s leaked image showed a young-looking female character with tears in her eyes while holding a box cutter. The design of her outfit might indicate that she’s from Xianzhou as well. She’s said to be thefourth healer inHonkai: Star Railas she’s a five-star Wind unit following the Path of Abundance.
Lynx
Lynx Landau is the youngest sister of Serval and Gepard. She’s been referenced a few times inHonkai: Star Railwhen players converse with her siblings. According to them, Lynx is an intelligent snow explorer.
Although Lynx hasn’t shown up in the game, leaks suggested that she will soon be a playable four-star Quantum character. She’s said to follow the Path of Abundance, so players could expect her to heal allies and cleanse them of debuffs. She could be a great addition to team comps that include Serval and Gepard, who are damage-dealing Erudition and shield-granting Preservation units, respectively.
