Honkai Impact 3rd’s long-awaited Seele Herrscher form battlesuit has finally arrived, and as a day-one addition to Elysian Realm, she brings with her new ways to gain crystals and new interesting gameplay within the game mode.
Much like Dreamweaver, Herrscher of Rebirth has two different forms and thus can be played in Elysian Realm in two different ways. This guide will discuss both of those builds and briefly go over how Herrscher of Rebirth should be played to earn the crystals.

Before discussing the overall builds for the two different Herrscher of Rebirth forms, there are a few things specific to Elysian Realm that should be mentioned regarding the new battlesuit. Regardless of what form is set as default, in Elysian Realm, the Soul Shaper form is always defaulted to for Herrscher of Rebirth. This means that in each encounter, players will need to manually tap her ultimate ability to switch if they would like to play in the Life Binder form.
Despite that, when Herrscher of Rebirth does change forms, it counts as re-summoning her summon, and veteran Elysian Realm players will know that will play well with certain signets (such as Mobius' signets).
Herrscher of Rebirth Elysian Realm Guide for Soul Shaper (Deer) Form
When setting up to do a run an Elysian Realm run asSoul ShaperHerrscher of Rebirth, players should start by choosing theMad King’s Maskas their general remembrance sigil. This sigil will make signets of decimation (Kalpas) appear much more often, and that’s important for this build.
For thesupportingremembrance sigil, it is recommended to takeOut of Reach, which will provide some potentially needed grouping and extra damage to meet the time trial requirements.
Forsupporting utility characters, players will wantValkyrie ChariotandBright Knight: Excelsis. If players want more offensive supporting characters, they can chooseBlood RoseandValkyrie ChariotorSnowy Sniper.
At the very first shop a player reaches, Mad King’s Mask can be exchanged forMemory(in order to make Hua’s signets of vicissitude appear more frequently) and Out of Reach can be exchanged forBoundless Logos(this will easily be charged by Seele’s summons). On the final shop right before the boss, players should once again exchange their remembrance sigils, this time replacing Memory withHeavy as a Million Lives(provides extra combo hits) and Boundless Logos withDreamful Gold(an ability to cause HP loss to enemies and increase HoRB’s total DMG).
The table below goes over which signets players should seek out when doing an Elysian Realm run as Soul Shaper HoRB. Thebolded signets are the nexus options that should be chosen for this build,and the signet types are listed in order of importance, with those near the bottom being mostly optional or situational.

Herrscher of Rebirth Elysian Realm Guide for Life Binder (Flower)
When setting up to do a run an Elysian Realm run asLife BinderHerrscher of Rebirth, players should once again start by choosing theMad King’s Maskas their general remembrance sigil. This sigil will make signets of decimation (Kalpas) appear much more often, which is what Herrscher of Rebirth is primarily going to focus on for her build. This build, however, will chooseAn Old Pal’s Legacyas thesupportsigil, which will level up the signets of decimation that the player receives as well as increase HoRB health when used.
Forsupporting utility characters, players will wantSnowy SniperandBright Knight: Excelsis. Once again, if players want more offensive supporting characters, they can chooseBlood RoseandStarlit Astrologos.
Much like the previous build, Mad King’s Mask can be exchanged forMemory(in order to make Hua’s signets of vicissitude appear more frequently) at the first shop.An Old Pal’s Legacy should not be changed for this run.
On the final shop right before the boss, players will want to replace Memory withFaraway Ship(increases physical DMG when enemies are hit by weapon active) and An Old Pal’s Legacy withDreamful Gold(an ability to cause HP loss to enemies and increase HoRB’s total DMG).
