A new web event has just launched forGenshin Impact. Web events have successfully kept players engaged and gave them rewards even when not logged into theGenshin Impactgame.The Heron’s Invitation web eventcomes in the wake of the major Version 2.0 update that was recently implemented. In this event, players will peruse the stalls at an Inazuma marketplace in search of gifts for an important character. With a little nudge in the right direction, any Traveler will be able to purchase the perfect gifts for Ayaka.
TheGenshin Impactcharacter Kamisato Ayakais the focus of the Heron’s Invitation web event. Just as in the main game, the web event sees the Traveler preparing to meet the princess-like figure who holds authority over the Yashiro Commission. Six gifts of the highest quality must be purchased from the market stalls.
The web event should only take 10 minutes or less to complete. Doing so will reward the player with40 Primogems,20000 Mora, and3 Shivada Jade Fragmentsthat will be sent to them via in-game mail on the mainGenshin Impactgame. The event only lasts untilAugust 2nd, so players should grab these rewards while they’re available.

How To Complete The Heron’s Invitation Web Event
Players who havereached Adventure Rank 10 or highercan access the Heron’s Invitation web event from the official notice on theGenshin Impactwebsite or by following the link provided in the official in-game mail concerning the event. This link will open a new browser tab where the event will be played. After a short cutscene, the player will be let loose to visit four different stalls in the Inazuma market.
The Traveler has six slots in their inventory for six gifts that must be purchased. The six specific items that players will need are:
The kimono and fabric can be purchased at Ogura Textiles & Kimonos. The two food items are purchased from Shimura’s. A mask can be bought at Netsuke no Gen Crafts. Lastly, the Tachi will be found at Amenoma Smithy. These shops are all places that Travelers can visit in the full game uponreaching Inazuma inGenshin Impact.
While the Traveler only has six slots in the inventory, players shouldn’t worry about purchasing the wrong item. Any time a higher-quality item is purchased, it will automatically replace its inferior version.
Each shop will only have two items in stock at a time. Players can wait two minutes for stock to be cycled through in the hopes that the higher tiers of items will show up. Alternatively, the player can choose to strike up a conversation with other shop patrons to cause the new stock to be put out immediately. After each conversation, players should check to see if the item they need is available.
Once the six highest quality items have been obtained, a prompt will show up in the bottom right corner of the screen. The Traveler and Paimon will finally get to meet Kamisato Ayaka. Next time gamers log intoGenshin Impact, the rewards will be waiting in their mail. With some luck, maybe a few Primogems will bring players closer to recruiting the Yashiro Commission princess so they can try outKamisato Ayaka’s unique playstyle.
