Genshin Impacthas unveiled the suite of new weapons coming to the game with the Version 4.1 update next week, including Neuvillette’s signature weapon and the event weapon. The launch of the Version 4.1 update for HoYoverse’s massively popular RPG has already revealed plenty in store for players with the new patch.Version 4.1 will add Fontaine’s “Fortress of Meropide"as the first expansion to the Hydro region, as well as two new five-star characters and several events. Now, HoYoverse is sharing the new weapons players can pick up during the update.

Genshin Impact’s newest region has already brought a plethora of new weapons to the game, providing player with multiple new options for their characters. Version 4.0 would introduce one new five-star weapon with Lyney’s signature choice, “The First Great Magic,” empowering Bow users' Charged Attacks alongside bonuses for having elementally diverse parties. The Fontaine update also debuted 11 new four-star weapons between a set of new Battle Pass weapons and new forgeable weapons. Now, Version 4.1 is bringing four more additions toGenshin Impact’s weapon pool.

A new official update fromGenshin Impacthas revealed the four new weapons being added with Version 4.1’s launch.Genshin Impact’s next update will introduce one new five-star weapon to the game during the first half with Tome of the Eternal Flow asNeuvillette’s signature Catalyst. Tome of the Eternal Flow grants a massive Crit Damage boost of 88.2% when fully leveled with an effect that increases Max HP and buffs Charged Attacks when the user’s HP changes. Neuvillette and his weapon are set to debut during the first half of Version 4.1

The update will also include three new four-star weapons, both in the gacha banner and as an event reward. The Dockhand’s Assistant comes toGenshin Impactas an HP Sword with a stacking system that grants Elemental Mastery and recharges Energy when healing. The Portable Power Saw boasts the same effect as Dockhand’s Assistant, providing an option for healers using Claymores as their weapon. Ballad of the Boundless Blue will be a reward withinthe “Waterborne Poetry” event, buffing the Catalyst user’s Normal and Charged Attacks.

The next patch looks to bring plenty of quality-of-life changes toGenshin Impactalongside its major updatess. Version 4.1 is set to overhaulGenshin Impact’s Daily Commission system, giving players more ways to complete daily missions and earn Primogems. Genius Invokation TCG will also receive three new character cards with the update, adding Yaoyao, Wanderer, and Dehya to the card game.Genshin Impact’s next update looks to have something for every fan between characters, new areas to explore, and new events.
