It is a black-and-white photo of the director on set with Cage, who plays a Professor that becomes a celebrity overnight after he somehow appears in everyone’s dreams. The engagement seems unanimous in the intriguing aspect of the upcoming film’s story, which is described as an American comedy starring Michael Cera, Julianne Nicholson, and Tim Meadows. Director Borgli saw his first feature film play at Cannes in 2021,Sick of Myself, a satire about a toxic relationship. If the director’s previous work and the talent behind the film like Aster is any indication ofDream Scenario, then audiences can expect another unique take on genre filmmaking from A24.

The actor is also outspoken about what roles he wants to play in the future. One of these roles consists of Egghead, aBatman villain that Cage was vocal about. Although that tone may not have fit under the vision of Matt Reeves, now that James Gunn is running the DCU with a 10-year plan, that opportunity may present itself.
