Sora And Peter Parker Took Similar Paths In Life

Sora and Peter Parker have very similar character arcs asmany versions of Marvel’s webslingerbegin and end the same way asKingdom Hearts' protagonist. They both had big dreams at first and aspired to be more than where they came from. However, once they got into a position in which they could achieve this goal, they both decided to also take care of any smaller problems they learn about. Spider-Man does this by protecting New Yorkers from criminals whenever he’s not fighting a dangerous supervillain and Sora helps the citizens of each world he goes to in between his conflicts with Organization XIII.

They also had to fight against their best friend, asSora fought Riku in the originalKingdom Heartsgame and many versions of Peter have fought Harry over the years. Eventually, Sora and some versions of Peter also learned that the big dreams they once had weren’t what they thought they would be and preferred to go back to how things were in simpler times.

Ventus And Steve Rogers Have A Lot In Common

Ventus and Steve Rogersare alike in many ways, from their personalities to the experiences they’ve had that few others can relate to. For starters, they are both a moral compass that always tries to do the right thing. They have a positive outlook on life and are examples of what many consider heroes to be. However, what makes them even more similar is how they had both come from previous time periods and had to adjust to life in a modern world.

Steve was the most iconic superhero during World War 2 andVentus was a Union leaderwho lived during the Age of Fairytales. Back then, they both went against all odds to become leaders that shaped the worlds they lived in. Steve would eventually be frozen in time for decades, while Ventus and his allies traveled into the future. Both Ventus and Steve had to become different people upon waking up in a new time that took a while for both of them to understand, but they managed to get by and continued to be heroes for anyone who needed them.

The Master Of Masters And Nick Fury Are Two Sides Of The Same Coin

Like the Master of Masters, Nick Fury is a very mysterious character, especially to those that are close to him. They both formed groups that would have a huge impact on the world.Nick Fury brought the Avengers together, being partially responsible for all of their accomplishments. The Master of Masters, on the other hand, was responsible for terrible things as he manipulated his apprentices, the Foretellers, to start the Keyblade War.

The Master of Masters' intentionsbehind his deception remains one of the biggest mysteries inKingdom Hearts, similar to how few people know what Nick Fury actually strives to achieve. Both of these characters are secretive, manipulative, and can be considered both a hero and a villain, leaving fans to come up with their own interpretations of them.

Xigbar in KH3

Xigbar And Loki Are A Lot Alike

Xigbar and Loki are two of the most manipulative characters ever written, not just in their own universes, but in all media. The MCU version of Loki is the one that shares the most similarities to theKingdom Heartsantagonist.Xigbar was originally one of the Master of Masters' apprentices, who stayed alive for generations upon generations by possessing others. He eventually took the form of a man named Braig, worked for Xehanort, and tricked those that trusted him into becoming nobodies. However, Xehanort was the man that he had actually fooled the most, as he had only stuck by his side to keep his eye on his keyblade, waiting for the moment he could obtain it and get closer to achieving his goal, which will hopefully be explored inKingdom Hearts 4.

Loki manipulated many people around him as well, and also fought those that were closest to him. However, while Xigbar fought the many comrades he had over time, the God of Mischief attacked his own family. Loki initiated the conflict with his family when he tried to manipulate his loved ones into thinking he would be a better ruler of Asgard than Thor. He made many attempts and eventually achieved his goal by faking his death and taking on the form of Odin. However, Thanos eventually attacked the Asgardians, causing Loki to make one final attempt at deception.Loki pretended to worship Thanosin order to get close enough to him that he could kill the Mad Titan. However, Thanos saw through the God of Mischief’s act and took his life instead.

MCU Odin

The Odins Share A Lot Of Similarities

BothKingdom Heartsand Marvel have characters based on the Norse god, Odin. While neither of these characters has a lot in common with the Norse god, the Marvel character does share some similarities with Kingdom Hearts'. In the Marvel universe, Odin is the ruler of Asgard and the father of Thor and Loki. He had a huge role in his sons' upbringing and is partially responsible for the hero and villain they would each become. Despite his failures, Odin always tried to do what he felt was right for those that mattered most to him.

Kingdom Hearts' Odin was also a father figure to people in some ways. However, rather than being the ruler of Asgard, this version ofThor was a Keyblade Master in Scala ad Caelum, who trained Xehanort, Eraqus, and many other keyblade wielders inKingdom Hearts: Dark Road. This version of Odin failed in many ways as well, as choices that he made led to most of his students' deaths and some to insanity. While Marvel’s Odin was wiser, both characters made mistakes that led to the people they were supposed to take care of turning against them.
