Although a number of major video game distributors give away free games as an incentive to players, few are as generous as theEpic Games Store. FromJust Cause 4and TheBatman ArkhamTrilogytoKingdom Come: Deliveranceand evenGrand Theft Auto 5,the digital PC storefront has become incredibly popular for how willing it is to hand out high-value games.

This is seemingly not stopping any time soon either, with last week’s offering ofArk: Survival Evolvednow crossing over to a new pair of amazing games. The titles in question arePathwayandThe Escapists 2,however, there’s been an issue which means the latter will be coming a little further down the line than the former.

According to theEpic Games Store, the release ofThe Escapists 2has had to be delayed due to unforeseen complications, with the company assuring players that they’re working on it and will update fans as soon as it’s claimable. Both games will be available until June 25, so while it’s unfortunate that the title won’t be available now, players will have a decent amount of time to claim it when it’s eventually up on the store.
