Dungeonborne Heirlooms Description

What Are Heirlooms In Dungeonborne?

Heirlooms are crafted at the camp, once players complete a dungeon run, by visiting theForge Master.Dungeonbornemakes it easy for players to understand the crafting and forge requirements needed to obtain special Heirlooms, but obtaining the necessary materials is another story. This will require plenty of grinding, repetitive tasks, and some luck when opening up treasure chests or looting the corpses of enemies.

Heirlooms come in three different categories —Weapons,Armor, andAccessories. Weapons come in many shapes and sizes, from two-handed swords to crossbows, while armor will cover the head, chest, gauntlets, and footwear areas.Accessories are a big helpwhen it comes to improving stats, as players can equip multiple of these items, whether they choose Talismans or Rings. The stat increase may be minor at first glance, but it will make all the difference in the heat of a battle.

The one downfall to the weapons category is that not all weapons crafted can be used by certain classes. For example, a Fighter class will be able to use one-handed and two-handed swords, but those involving magic won’t be available for fighters to equip. ConsideringFighter is the best beginner class inDungeonborne, and how expensive it is to craft Heirlooms in the first place, this isn’t ideal for newcomers.

How To Craft Heirlooms In Dungeonborne

In order to craft a Heirloom, players must first obtain the required items to forge one. This means acquiring eitherRough White IronorIlmenite Ore, two items that will always be essential for forging items. Players won’t be able to discover either material in a cave, though they can be earned by dismantling common and uncommon weapons and armor. The Forge Master will be able to assist with this — simply by selecting theorange hammer iconand then offering the piece of armor or weapon.

Once players have enough resources to craft an Heirloom, they can begin the process of unlocking and crafting one. Once the process has been completed, the Heirloom of the player’s choosing will be added to their inventory.

Players can also upgrade their desired Heirloom once it’s obtained, but they will be forced to use Rough White Iron or Ilmenite Ore to increase the potency of the stat upgrades.

The one stipulation when it comes to using Heirlooms in battle is thatplayers may only carry one Heirloom of each category. This will task players with crafting the best possible strategy by carrying one piece of armor that will help upgrade their defenses and will, while using the best available weapon and accessory. There may be some weapons, armor, and accessories that could be more viable, so it’s always important to spend some extra time and attention before plunging into a dungeon.
