Ingredients are materials inDisney Dreamlight Valleythat help players prepare meals to restore Energy or to gift a character. There are eight Biomes in the valley, and all the ingredients are scattered around these Biomes. Some are collected from the wild, like Lemons and Mushrooms, whereas others must be bought as seeds from Goofy’s Stall, like Bell Peppers and Zucchini. Do note that Goofy’s Stall randomizes the ingredients every day, meaning sometimes players can find the same ingredient as a seed one day and an actual ingredient the next.
There are six sub-categories under the ingredient section in the Collectables menu inDisney Dreamlight Valley. It is easy for players to find out where every ingredient is located, how much Energy it rewards, and its value in Star Coins.

One of the many thrilling features is the ingredients, as they are completely different from the ones usually found in Dreamlight Valley. As usual, you need to unlock Biomes in Eternity Isle to get more ingredients, as each one possesses its own area to grow. Additionally, keep in mind that while some of the materials are bought as seeds from Goofy’s Stall, the others are picked up from the ground and ready to use.
All Dreamlight Valley Ingredients & Where To Find Them
Here’s where to find all available ingredients in Dreamlight Valley according to the categorization of cooking:
Vegetable
All the available Vegetables are purchased from theGoofy’s Stall. Do note that Mushrooms are also obtained from removingMushroom Clusters inDisney Dreamlight Valley.

Dairy And Oil
Most of theseDisney Dreamlight Valleyingredientsare available the moment Chez Remy is accessible. Peanuts are available after players completeRemy’s Recipe BookFriendship Quest inDisney Dreamlight Valley. OnlyCanolaandSoyaare an exception since both materials are obtained from Goofy’s Stall inForest of Valor/Ancient’s LandingandSunlit Plateaurespectively.

Fish
As Dreamers know, each Fish can be obtained by fishing a certain ripple color in all the Biomes. There are some exceptions liketheHere and There Fishis only available between specific time frames inDisney Dreamlight Valley. Additionally, the Fish is added to the valley thanks to Nala’s Quest,Here and There and Back Again.

Proteins are a type of meat available for purchase at Gaston’s Stall, once players completethe Center of Attention Friendship Quest inDisney Dreamlight Valley. If, by any chance, players can’t seem to find the Protein category on the stove, head to theAllcategory and scroll down.

These are the ingredients you will find upon heading to the Dairy and Oil category while cooking.

The Glittering Dunes introduced a unique method of fishing which is by throwing the Fishing Rod in the quicksand to catch some Fish.
