The Remembering update will finally allowDisney Dreamlight Valleyto unlock achievements on both Steam and Epic Game Store. The hype surrounding the fifth major content update forDisney Dreamlight Valleyhas been extremely high for the past couple of weeks. It took Gameloft quite a while to reveal when the update would be coming out, and for a long time, the only thing that gamers knew was that they could expect Update 5 to release in June. On June 6, it was finally announced thatThe RememberingDisney Dreamlight Valleyupdate would come out the following day.Gamers were definitely taken by surprise since they expected a little more time between the launch date reveal and the launch itself. Regardless, players were excited to know that soon they would be able to explore all the new content that The Remembering would bring to the game. Not everyone reads patch notes, so some gamers might be surprised when they pick up the game after updating it and notice an achievement popping up as they start completing certain in-game tasks and interacting with other characters. It’s not unusual for certain features to be available exclusively on PC, but this time it was actually the other way around.
The achievements that players will be able to unlock on PC are exactly the same as the ones that were already available on consoles. Fans that have been playing the game for a while now might actually unlock quite a few as soon as they boot it up, but there are others that can be quite hard to get. While many players have alreadyfully upgraded theirDisney Dreamlight Valleyhomes(Constructor achievement), it’s possible that most haven’t reached 1,000 daily discussions (Chit Chatter achievement) or caught 1,800 fish (Angler achievement).
This is just one of the various additions that are included with Update 5. There is no doubt that fans will have a lot to do after downloading this update. It includes quite a few new features, such as umbrella hand accessories, a new mannequin feature, and amajor upgrade to the Touch of Magic tool.
