The moment the player reaches level 100 is recorded in one of their Twitch broadcasts at the 4:34:38 mark. Playing in World Tier 4, they return to the Wishing Tree with their Necromancer at level 99. Level 100 comes from claiming the reward for completing the Whispers of the Dead: Torment quest.
