The images show off the delicate balance of beauty and horror of the threatening character, all underneath the full moon. The spider demon mother has an interesting and devastating storyline intheDemon Slayershow. Her character is often abused by her “spider family” as she is pressured to protect the family and take care of them even though she is technically the youngest. Her main job is to sit upon a rock and capture demon slayers in a web. She then controls them as if they were puppets to kill other demon slayers that come into her vicinity. Her character is presented as cold and murderous, but she is personified in the moments before her imminent death as she remembers her previous life.
In the tragic moments of her death, she realizes that she would rather die than deal with the continuous abuse of her spider family and becomes disgusted with herself, recalling some memories of her human form. The character is only in one episode but plays a larger role in the issues the show tries to deal with.MainDemon Slayercharacter Tanjirohas a unique kindness and is sympathetic to demons despite the fact that they murder and eat people. After his sister Nezuko shows constraint upon being turned into a demon, Tanjiro recognizes the human side of these demons and those stories add a layer of depth to the show.
