This perk starts working when the player is wounded, lying down, and not moving. Using the perk, a player hides their bleeding and noise. This allows them to survive and grants 50% speed for 4 seconds.
Plot Twist is a versatile perk for both solo and team play. Users can use it when they are injured and in a dangerous situation. The ability to fully heal and gain a speed boost can help escape or give time for teammates to come to help. It also remains active after the gates are powered up, making it useful in end-game scenarios.
