Although this feature has always been hit or miss with fans, the developers are now including an additional feature allowing fan customization of theBlack Ops Cold WarHUD.

The development team at Treyarch have decided that although they are keeping health bars, auto-regen will remain in the game allowing players to focus on gunplay and movement rather than healing themselves mid-fight.

The health bar, along with other HUD elements, can be toggled in the setting allowing players an opportunity to customize their experiences. There are several options available for fans to view health bars over enemies and allies, depending completely on the amount of clutter each player is OK with on their screen.
