While working through the Find the Missing Brother quest inAssassin’s Creed Mirage, players will be instructed to locate the Excavation Site. That instruction is not accompanied by a waypoint, though, and fans will instead need to use a map to find the location of interest. This guide contains details on how to access that map, and it will make it easy for players to locate the Excavation Site inAssassin’s Creed Mirage’s Find the Missing Brother quest.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage: Locate the Excavation Site Guide
To locate the Excavation Site,AC Mirageplayersshould open theInvestigation menu, highlight theExcavation Site node, and press theView Details input. This will bring up a menu providing further details on the case, and fans should highlight theExcavation Site Mapin the bottom-left corner (underRelated Clues). Players should then press theReadinput to pull up a map that showcases the position of the Excavation Site.

For those fans that have opened the Excavation Site Map but are still struggling to find the location, it issouthwest of Abbasiyahterritory inAC Mirage’s Wilderness. More specifically, the Excavation Site is justsouthwest of a small Oasis, where a Viewpoint can be found, and it has been marked on the following maps.
After locating the Excavation Site, players will be instructed to investigate it. The first step in that investigation is a search for intel, and fans canuseAC Mirage’s Enkiduto quickly identify a Digger with whom they can speak.
This conversation will reveal that the chests at the Excavation Site are of interest, and players can use Enkidu to quickly reveal all their positions. To note, while fans should certainly feel free to open all the containers at the Excavation Site, the chest that is behind the movable shelf on the south side of the location is the one that holds the clue that will resolve the Excavation Site case and advance the Find the Missing Brother quest.
One final thing to mention is thatAC Mirage’s Basimmust be anonymous before he is able to open the chests at the Excavation Site. While it is not extremely difficult to meet that requirement simply by using stealth and combat, there are some Mercenaries at the location that can prove to be quite helpful. Once again, Enkidu makes it easy to locate those Mercenaries, and they can be hired with a Power Favor Token.
