Reddit user MurlaTart took this concept to a whole new level by creating fan art that shows what four different villagers would look like if they were actually human.

The first image is theAnimal Crossingvillager Merry, a cat character with a bright and friendly personality. Merry has a peppy personality with an upbeat attitude, and her human version showcases this as well. Both Merry and her human rendition have the same eyelashes, pointy ears, and fang-like teeth. The second image shows Teddy and his human version. Teddy is a jock-type villager who’s mostly into sports, fishing, and fossil hunting, and he’s always ready to challenge the player to a foot race.
