Rhys is the first healer available to players inPath of Radianceand has quite exceptional availability. While he joins a player’s army as a cleric, unable to contribute to combat, upon promoting into a bishop, he gains access to light magic.

7Artur – The Sacred Stones

Artur is a monk who joins a player’s army in Chapter Four ofThe Sacred Stones.Joining as a level two monk with iffy base stats but solid growth rates, he is one of the most widely available magic units inThe Sacred Stones.

While Artur’s base stats are by no means perfect, they are enough to allow him to double enemies in his joining chapter. Artur immediately contributes to combat and easily earns himself some experience.

6Yuri – Three Houses

Yuri is the leader of the Ashen Wolves and a student available in the Cindered Shadows ofThree Houses.Geared towards the Trickster class, Yuri totes an excellent list of Faith spells.

Learning Nosferatu and Aura, Yuri is capable of weaponizing his magic, whilst also making use of physical offense as well. Consequently, Yuri is a notably versatile and flexible unit with speed on his side and solid offensive capabilities.

While Faith is most commonly viewed as the source of healing and support spells inThree Houses,Lysithea is a unit who learns more damaging spells through Faith than she does support spells. Only learning the support spells Heal and Warp, Lysithea learns Nosferatu, Seraphim, and even the highly potent Abraxas.

Though Lysithea is most commonly regarded for her stellar utility as a wielder of Reason magic, she is one of the few units who are capable of consistently dishing out great damage through Faith magic.

1Saleh – The Sacred Stones

Saleh is a pre-promoted Sage who appears inFire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, notably joining a player’s army in Chapter Twelve of Eirika’s route. While Sages traditionally wield Anima Magic and Staves across theFire Emblemseries, inThe Sacred Stones, Sages are also can also wield light magic. Due to this added weapon type, Saleh joins a player’s army with a B rank, the highest starting light magic weapon rank of any character in the game.

This allows Saleh to wield powerful light spells more easily than any other unit. While Saleh isn’t often known for his light magic use, between his impressive base stats and high light magic rank, few other users compare with him.
